🏆Project ViTraS won the DIVR Best Impact Award: http://places-festival.de/divr-award/ ViTraS investigates VR therapy through stimulation of modulated body image. It is a large collaboration of JMU Würzburg (coordinator), Uni Bielefeld, HTW Berlin, FH Gera, TU Munich, TheCaptury & Brainboost.
On June 7, 2pm, in room CITEC 2.015, Marc Stamminger (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg) will give a talk on “Mixing Real and Virtual Worlds by Projection Mapping”.
On June 6, 2pm, in room CITEC 1.015, Marc Latoschik (JMU Würzburg) will give a talk on “Not Alone Here?! Social Embodied Interaction in Distributed Immersive Environments”.
Our paper about analyzing different feedback strategies for motor learning in VR has been accepted for Frontiers in Robotics and AI.

A collaboration with Marc Latoschik’s group at JMU Würzburg on scalability of distributed social virtual realities has been accepted for the TVCG journal track of IEEE VR 2019.
Poly-Spline FEM, a collaboration with the NYU Geometric Computing Lab of Denis Zorin and Daniele Panozzo, has been accepted for ACM Transaction on Graphics and will be presented at ACM SIGGRAPH 2019.
