Camera follow  ?

Cameracontrols
You can move the camera using W,A,S,D or the Arrow Keys in the direction it is looking.
SPACE to fly up, SHIFT to fly down.
Click and drag the left mouse button to look around.
Camera follow
If "Camera follow" is selected the camera will allways look at the root marker of the hand, thus following its movement. You can still change the position using the controls above.
